Risk Of Loss:
All items purchased through electronic mode through this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (shipping partner) for dispatch.

Disputes:
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Products / Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Rajendra Food Products or through www.rfpsales.com be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of court of Gautam Buddha Nagar.
We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.

Payments:

There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary at the time of check out. If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 30 days of the transaction so that we can look into it. Please mail us on “online@rfpsales.com” or contact us with all the details of such transactions.
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days. General/Additional Terms and Condtions:-

1. Product rates are as shown with the product on our website till stock lasts. Rates may change without prior notice to the customer.
2. Product rates may change based on market varitions and goverenment policies.
3. In case the ordered product is out of stock, RFP reserve the right to cancel the order. Refund amount will be processed for such orders to their original payment method.
4. Actual MRP of the product is under control of the manufacturer and can be varied from mentioned here. If the product MRP is different than mentioned on website then its price is/are also subjected to change. MRP of the products are valid till stock lasts. New rates may be applicable based on MRP available at the time of final billing. If the actual
   billing payment is more than payment received, buyer needs to pay remaining amount.
5. Scheme/discount/coupon applied while placing the order will be considered.
6. Scheme/discount/coupon may change as per our policy time to time and their usage are controlled by Rajendra Food Products.
7. Please check and verify the products before pickup or at the time of delivery from Godown to avoid any dispute.
8. In case of supesious behaviour of the customer the order may be cancelled or the item quantity may be restricted by Rajendra Food Products.
9. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
10. No minimumorder is required to place any order on our website.
11. For all online orders above Rs. 1000, delivery charges will be waived off.
12. For online orders with less then Rs. 1000/- final cart value, delivery charges of Rs. 118/- (Rs. 100/- delivery charge, and 18% GST on it) will be applied.
13. Product delivery will be based on product availability as per the time of order dispatch.
    1. If a product goes out of stock, it may directly removed from the order and the amount will be refunded to the customer. Or it may cause the delay in order dispatch to complete your order
14. Refund to the customer will be done with in 3 to 5 working days and may reflect to the customer as per their bank/wallet/card policy.
15. Every partial/full refund will be notified to the customer by email, please mark our email id as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk” to receive emails in your inbox.
16. In case of a refund as agreed by Rajendra Food Products for unavailable items or not deliverable shipping location, if you not receive the refund confirmation with in 7 days, please reach out to us.
17. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Rajendra Food Products.
18. Goods once sold will not be returned/exchanged/replaced. Please check and verify the goods (type, quantity and packaging) while receiving the delivery and contact us in case of any incorrect/damaged/missing item in delivery. If the items are damaged/missing in the package while delivery, please do not accept the package.
19. In case of delivery destination change and/or order cancellation, additional/cancellation charges of minimum Rs. 118/- or 5% of the order cart value will be applied whichever is heigher.
20. No cash will be accepted and should not be handed over to any individual/delivery person.
21. Cash deposite to our accounts are strictly prohibited, Any cash desposited to our bank account will be forfeited.
    It will not be refunded and will not be considerd as payment against any order placed/delivered.
22. In case of cash (non digital) transactions made by party, Rajendra Food Products has no liability for it.
23. Delivery of the product(s) will take an approx time of 7 days from the order is placed after its successful payment confirmation. This time may vary based on the shipping location, size of the product, availability of the products etc.
    If complete order is cancelled/rejected from Rajendra Food Products, Payment advance will be refunded to the booking party, it may take up to
    7 to 10 working days. NOTE: If partial order is processed by RFP then remaining amount will adjusted in future invoices
24. Shipping address, pin code & contact information should be correct and any delay/cancellation in delivery due to any incorrect information would be sole responsibility of customer. It may also lead to additional charges.
25. If Order is cancelled/modified/ changed by buyer then, no refund will be done and respective additional charges will be applied
26. Payment received by Rajendra Food Products will not be refunded in any condition.
27. Currently we are delivering the products within India only however we are working on increasing our servisable areas contineously. Any order placed for out of India delivery, will be cancelled, till we have such areas under our deliverable locations list.
28. One payment transaction will be considered as for one order
29. Order with partial payments will be considered as separate order
30. Unloading charges are not included in the product cost and will be paid by buyer (if any).
31. Waiting charges are Rs. 120/- per hour for the first hour and then afterwards Rs. 236/- per hour. It will be paid by buyer (whenever
    applicable). In case of delivery, up to 15 minutes of total time is included in delivery afterwards waiting charges will be applied.
32. Freight charges are not included in the product cost and will be paid by buyer (if any). Prices mentioned in the quotations are from the RFP Godown pickup.
33. If there is any delivery required, charges for delivery will be applicable accordingly for freight, labour, loading, unloading etc. In case of
    delivery freight will be considered for door delivery only (first door of the premises, till where the cargo enterance is allowed).
34. Offline Order will be processed only after receving the full payment in advance.
35. GST input claim is available for your purchase, please contact us before placing the order if you looking for it. We will guide help you for its purchase process.
36. Validity of any quotation for any type of orders (offline/online etc.), is for the orders and payments made within 12 hours or quotation generation. The payment must
    reflected in account of Rajendra Food Products with in 24 hours. For later orders/payments please ask for updated quotation. Goods will be dispatched/picked up, once full payment is refelected in Rajendra Food Products account.
    NOTE: For quotation generation date and time see at the top right corner of the quotation pages.
37. In case of delivery destination change and/or order cancellation, once after order confirmation, additional charges may applied.
38. Offline Order Cancellation/Change Charge will be applied, if done after order confirmation from Rajendra Food Products.
39. Order will be confirmed in 24 to 48 hours after receiving the full payment advance. Partial order processing may also be done from Rajendra
    Food Products. Sunday, Government Holiday and Festivals will be non working day and will not be counted in this duration.
40. For bulk offline orders the pickup/delivery date will be confirmed by Rajendra Food Products once after full payment advance received.
    Approximately time to get the bulk order ready for dispatch is around 7 days and afterwards it may take up to 7 days for delivery. However
    actual time may differ based on total number of units, delivery location etc.
41. For expedite pickup/delivery there might be extra charge on top of this quotation along with the standard delivery charges. Please consult with
    our team for availability of expedite delivery slots and charges.
42. In case of cheques, the offline order will be confirmed only after encashing the cheque. Once the cheque is cleared by the bank, Rajendra Food
    Products will confirm the offline order to the buyer.
43. For payment methods other than account transfer/cheque, transaction charge of 3.54% (3% + 18% GST on 3% which is 0.54%, total 3.54%)
    will be applied on the top of quotation amount.
